about

LETTER FROM THE PRODUCERS
Praise God from whom all blessing flow!

The enemy does not want you to hear the message communicated through the songs presented herein - the clear Gospel message that Jesus Christ defeated sin & death on the cross, that He redeemed us as His own, & that He is our resurrected King sitting at the right hand of God.

Throughout the making of this album, we witnessed a disparate group of songwriters, musicians, & an entire church body join together, united by a common desire to create music that reflects the glory & beauty of our ultimate Creator. We experienced a daily outpouring of His amazing grace while writing & recording this album & its completion is truly a testament to the sovereignty of God.

When I Cannot Rise Up was written by the people & for the people of Redeemer Community Church - for those who are suffering, lost, alone, & driven to despair. Our prayer is that Jesus will lift our eyes up when we cannot rise up on our own to call out for His help. Our hope is that you will be reminded that He is here with us, gently leading us, even when we can't see beyond the burden of sin on our lives and in our world. Come quickly Lord Jesus!
